One of the first things guests notice is the level of cleanliness. Each home follows a
documented cleaning process and checklist that is tracked through software and then
personally reviewed by the owner before you arrive.

 

Eating utensils such as forks, knives, and spoons are frequently washed and sanitized, even
when they have not been used, and cookware, dishes, and surfaces are thoroughly cleaned
and checked during each turnover.

 

We also use fragrance free detergents to create a cleaner and more neutral environment,
especially for guests with sensitivities. Throughout the year, we perform scheduled deep
cleans to keep everything in strong condition.

 

At the same time, these are real homes and not controlled environments, so if anything is
ever not as expected, we respond quickly and take care of it.

Reliable, Local, and Responsive
Because we operate locally, we are able to stay responsive and involved in a way that many
rentals cannot. Guest communication is typically answered within an hour, and most issues,
if they come up, are handled the same day.

 

We also focus on preventative maintenance, with routine inspections and ongoing upkeep,
along with backup supplies such as extra linens and spare propane kept onsite. The goal is
simple, reduce disruption and keep your stay running smoothly.

minimal starter supply, we make sure you can settle in without immediately needing to run
to the store.

 

Firewood is included, propane is stocked with backups available, and quality Weber grills
are cleaned and checked before each stay. The coffee station is fully stocked and refreshed
with McDonald’s coffee, and toiletries and essentials are consistently provided.
In the kitchen, you will find more than just the basics, including quality utensils,
dinnerware, and additional appliances that make it easier to cook and enjoy your time at the
home.

lake views, along with games and books for downtime.
Binoculars are typically available for wildlife viewing, and practical items such as first aid
kits, flashlights, candles, and a supply of common use batteries are kept on hand in case they
are needed.

For guests who need to work during their stay, select homes include dedicated workspaces
with desks and, in some cases, a monitor and printer.

One of the most unique parts of staying at our properties is having a boat right at the home.
Instead of driving to a marina, filling out paperwork, and working around rental time
windows, you can simply walk down to the dock and go.
You can head out in the morning, come back to the house to relax, and go out again later in
the day, all on your own schedule.

Tigua’s Sunrise is geared more toward fishing, with a pontoon boat equipped with GPS and
iPilot, while Barney’s Bluff is tailored more for cruising and towing on the water, with a 150
HP motor and an available 3-person tow tube and Yeti cooler. Both offer flexibility
depending on how you want to spend your time on the water. These two homes as well as
Allie’s on the Rocks, (which is tailored for couples and traveling professionals), also have
kayaks for guests to use at their leisure.

For many guests, this convenience of having an upscale boat at the property becomes one of
