We accept all major credit cards for reservations at our Smith Lake vacation rentals. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to book.

Yes. Allie’s on the Rocks offers a large gravel driveway with space for multiple vehicles, boats, a trailer/toy hauler, or a motorhome up to approximately 40 feet total length.

  • The road to the property is about 12 feet wide with a height clearance of roughly 12 feet (tree branches).
  • Look for the green/white “Private Parking” sign – this area is reserved for our guests and helps keep restaurant patrons from parking here.

Yes. 30-day or longer stays require a month-to-month lease agreement. Either party must provide a 30-day written notice to end the lease.

About the Area

Allie’s on the Rocks has a quiet and tranquil feel to it though it is centrally located within a southern-style community with a mix of residential homes and small family-owned businesses. You can find groceries, gas/diesel, BBQ, fishing/hunting/boating gear and various specialty shops about 5-10 minutes away (by car) and there’s a Walmart with the typical associated shopping outlets about 20 minutes away. There are Baptist, Methodist and non-denomination churches nearby as well.

Your best bet for getting to Allie’s, as well as getting around this area of Smith Lake while you are here, is to have your own vehicle or a rental. Public transportation, taxi and rideshare services are scarce and may be relatively costly when available. I do not consider bicycling a good option because there are many winding roads with blind curves, which are typical along the waterfront properties.

  • No illegal substances or activities are allowed on the premises.
  • The daily rate covers up to 6 overnight adult guests (18 years or older). Up to 2 additional daily guests or children are allowed. No more than 8 guests may be on this property at any time.
  • If you bring your pet(s), they are welcome inside the house and anywhere on the property but please clean up after them. There’s a blue 5-gallon bucket with lid on the porch to dispose of pet waste. Rolls of plastic bags are also provided to pick up pet waste to deposit into this bucket. There is a clear plastic bin with towels (next to the blue bucket) to clean/dry your pet if necessary so please do not use the white towels or any other interior towel to clean your pets. When you leave, seal the blue bucket liner bag and deposit it into the green curb-side bin. Place any used towels into one of the laundry hampers.
  • There is a pet fee of $50.00 per pet per week (7 nights), which covers additional cleaning (4 pets is the maximum allowed). If your pet causes damage to the home/property/furniture you may be charged up to $1000.00 for cleaning/repairs/replacement of damaged items.
  • All garbage must be bagged as the sanitation department will not empty bins with loose garbage.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the home, but smoking is allowed on the porch and other outside areas of the property. Please use the smoking disposal canisters provided for all discarded smoking materials.
  • Checkout is strictly 10:00am. Late checkouts will be charged $50.00 per hour including any portion of an hour. Minimum late checkout fee is $50.00

Whether you’re planning a romantic escape, fishing weekend, kayaking adventure, or a scenic remote-work stay, this home delivers a peaceful, memorable experience.

Inside, you’ll find two thoughtfully designed bedrooms and two baths. The upstairs primary suite features a king bed, Roku TV, dresser, closet, reading chair, and a spacious lake-view workspace surrounded by windows. The attached bath offers clean, modern finishes and a locking barn door for privacy. Positioned on its own level, the suite feels secluded and serene.

On the main floor, enjoy a welcoming living area and a cozy second bedroom with a queen bed, Roku TV, and locking sliding barn door. The renovated living room also serves as additional sleeping space with a queen sofa sleeper, dresser, desk/workstation, Roku TV, and direct porch access. A washer/dryer closet adds convenience for weekend getaways or extended stays.

All TVs include Roku with high-speed 1 GB internet and access to 75+ live channels, with the option to log into your personal streaming accounts.

The fully stocked kitchen features modern appliances, cookware, utensils, and a dedicated coffee and tea station. Dine indoors or enjoy meals on the covered porch overlooking the water. A propane grill is ready for sunset cookouts, or take a short stroll to Drifters Bar & Grille for lakeside dining and social energy.
